Only a fucking cult leader megalomaniac, that's fucking who.
Maybe if your collecting disability, but that would be unethical.
Couch is getting disability?
No wonder he doesn't work out publicly.
There would go the fuckin' check & Couch goes to prison.

I'll need more boobies now, please.

Have you noticed how @fitters aren't satisfied unless they take everything cool and good about strength sports, such as O Lifting, Chinups, Kilts, Tabatas, Overhead Pressing, and so on, and totally fag them all up?

It's like Christmas decorations in stores in Korea; they mean well, and they think they get it, but they totally mess it up and don't even know it.
Oh for fucks sake. I didn't even notice the kilts. :vom:

Gonna need some industrial strength tits to bleach that from the brain.

Nafod, I have nothing against a reasonable, logical argument between two people - I simply don't expect to see that here.

I fully agree with the age/experience thing. Every time I look back on myself from 1, 3, or 5 years ago, I always think "Jeeze, what an idiot." However, each is always in improvement over the last, even if it's a small improvement. Hopefully, in thirty years I'll finally be past that, but until then, I'll speak from what I know so far, since that's all I have to go off of.

Hey, this one says "crotch." That's kind of like "couch," isn't it?

And this one has cupcakes. AssFatters are afraid of cupcakes.

And this one clearly refers to the CrapShit gaymes.

See, we can do BOTH! A pr0n thread that hates CrossFaggotry.

This thread of elite mockery is severely deficient in its GPP.

Graphic Pornographic Presentation, that is.

I'm back to task. Quoted from some homotacular @Fitter on teh forum:
True story: we're standing in line at Home Depot waiting to buy another length of PVC tubing, openly discussing which girl we felt like doing together that evening after we chop the tube into lengths to practice a few moves first. We both have an "oh sh*t" moment at the same time, when we realize people in line are listening in and completely misunderstanding.

You know you CrossFit too much when your first words to your significant other involves a question about what's sore today...

ANYC on running.
WOD: Run 5k

I don't feel like running. Before CrossFit I NEVER ran more that half a block and that was to catch a bus! Running put me in the emergency room with an asthma attack. Also, my anatomy doesn't make running the most comfortable activity. I Failed Gym 7 times in high school because I refused to run the field in front of a class of teenaged boys. They wouldn't let me pass even though I set records for push-ups and sit-ups (I'm sure looking back those push-ups were less than full ROM).
I was a swimmer. I did laps for 3 hours a day but couldn't run!!

When "Murph" came up I decided I was going to put on 2 sports bras and go for it! The Craziest thing happened! I was able to breathe without a problem. I'm sure the CrossFit workouts have something to do with that. So now I still hate running but I can do it without dying. But not without whining.

I ran for "Helen" and "Nancy" this week. The good thing about CrossFit in NYC is our trainers from the BlackBox come up with a sub WOD for the runs. It's not easy bobbing and weaving through pedestrian traffic.

Now that's how you handle a "disability".
Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. - Helen Keller

A sore ass and nuts?

He must have hit himself in the crotch while doing one of his 300 16kg kettlebell swings for the workout.

Nope.

I just want to say the tits and camel toe were a welcome sight coming back from the weekend.

1. Couch is a piece of shit. The Garrett stuff was the latest character assassination led by his attack dogs (Bingo is a bitch and always has been). I like how Garrett said he wasn't going out like Josh Hillis (the poor bastard). And fuck Couch for challenging him to a "debate" on CF Radio. How about he debates Shaf on IGX Radio?

CrossFit Radio is Al Jazeera for kool-aid drinkers.

2. Patrick, you can't be completely horrible if you've renounced Couch. That's a big first step. We don't need to eat our young here, but I'd invite you to sit back, read a lot, ask questions, and learn. It's ok to be wrong, especially at your age. I gave all my lawn mowing money to Joe Wieder when I was a teenager. Realize you're going to repeat the mistake-making process a few more times. You just haven't been in the game long enough to "know" anything.

3. Patrick and BOTO, why do people in your generation (especially refugees from the @Fit boards) use their real names? What's happened to shame. I know you guys are the youtube generation, but you'd be mocked a lot less if you tried to be anonymous. I don't think the name "bitch tits" has been taken.

4. Big thumbs up to PrOn and Couch hate. I realize this thread has a focus, but tits always make things better. And there is that bit about multiple domains or some such.

5. This would be grounds for the world's quickest divorce.
