Hard work pays off: The CrossFit Risk Retention Group (RRG) received provisional approval from the state of Montana this week. Policy writing for Montana affiliates should begin in January, with other states to follow in the spring. RRG members will receive information as their states complete the approval process.
LULZ at the self-absorbed, Narcissistic, bored, tattooed, nymphmaniacal housewives who post unflattering pictures of themselves on a public forum (such as a blog), then ask a website to take down the same pictures. Time for their "knock-knock" joke:
Knock-knock
Who's there?
Argo
"Argo" who?
Argo fuck yerself @fitter, we can use your picture in the name of satire and fair use you petty, herniated umbilical suffering, badly tattooed, couch fucking half-wit.
I feel the hate warming my cold, cold, heart.

Just prior to resigning, One World was asked to host a CrossFit Level I Certification on 4/17/2009. Two days ago (on the day the April dates were to get posted on crossfit.com) I was informed that the cert was being moved to another local CrossFit affiliate. I was given no reason, and I didn't ask for one, though I can read between the lines. Strange really... I have never spoken ill about CrossFit. I soldier on daily about the benefits of CrossFit and how I strongly believe it changes people’s lives for the better. I try hard to promote the CrossFit community with this blog. I’ve given over three years of my life to CrossFit and quite frankly, I feel like One World just got thrown out with the trash. I am sad....
I had also been told before that Freddy had gotten "the call" a while ago from @FHQ (probably Asstro) to "watch what he says" on Wolf's blog.
Insider stuff on Robb's replacement for the nutrition "certs":
bobbi was robb's understudy and was slated to start doing some of his seminars so he could cut back on travel, etc. she was at the first non-robb nutrition "cert". apparently more than happy to fill his vacant spot... funny too because she meets none of the fancy new criteria couch outlined for his nutrition cert staff.
How could anyone be mad at @FHQ??? I just don't get it...
Freddy C. is one of the nicest, most well respected trainers in the entire community. He actually knows his shit. Not shocked that HQ would turn their back on him.
The gin thing is legit and it comes from some old bit that either Glassman himself said or someone who'd wined and dined with Glassman mentioned.
I thought it was this post by one of our most distinguished members, me.

Well now I think Rant brought up gin and I ran with it.
