If I were a conspiracy theorist I'd think that maybe they did this on purpose to throw us off the trail of this Adrianna becoming the face of @bokfit since she seems to do really well with her WODsWildGorillaMan wrote:On a lighter note, Drywall said to me "Who would have thought that a porn star talking about guzzling semen in a Reebok CrossFit hat would have been the back page story this week?"

The couch thread is on the cutting edge of @fit insanity. You are like the newspaper in Duluth, MN right now.D'Aquisto wrote:Vid of the elite car pulling.

Six days until the release of the first workout for the open. The anticipation is killing me, I can barely contain myself!

Just goes to show you, it takes a certain level of blind hatred, bigotry and contempt to keep @fit hate going as long as this thread has been alive.

Maybe they realized the irony of their "forum"?

Those derivative fucks clearly lost their limited momentum. Weaklings and soft.
Re: The couch thread
Mocking an established thread and basing a whole forum off of it was destined to fail. All they had was making fun of individual posters here, that gets old quick... meanwhile we have an entire fitness community to pick apart where you find some real stupid shit each and every day...Yes I Have Balls wrote:Just goes to show you, it takes a certain level of blind hatred, bigotry and contempt to keep @fit hate going as long as this thread has been alive.

Jay you do have a point but nearly 15K hits in less than a week is indicating to me that this video may possibly be providing a greater lesson to humanity.

This is an interesting read: how to train for Crossfit Competition.
http://breakingmuscle.com/athlete-journ ... tola-22012
The total lack of WOD and the emphasis on yoga and O lifting is interesting. This workout week reminds me of Strength and Health's recommendations in about 1971 or so of mixing the O lifts with yoga.

Juggernaut Training Systems also has a good article on how to train for CrossFit games. Much the same focus on OL and maximal strength development with a dash of aerobic/anaerobic training to prepare for the actual events.Danny John wrote:This is an interesting read: how to train for Crossfit Competition.

All that "Competitors Group Training" will likely be some @fit d-baggery unless the individual coaching has more sense than the average @fit coach. Which is about as likely as me pulling 500# tomorrow.

They need to relax. The fact is, WOD 1 of the Open starts tomorrow, and in a day or two we will have forgotten all about the Cop Car WOD.Hymen Asshole wrote:Nah
